The website LUMINISCENTS.COM is owned and operated by Redolent Décor Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and is validly existing under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 with its registered office at 1202, Hampston B-1, Metrozone, Nashik - 422010. The Site and retail stores are together referred as Platform. You may be accessing our Site from a mobile or computer or phone device (through an iOS or Android application, for example) and these Terms of Use shall govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access.

These Terms of Use govern all the products offered on the Platform including the additional Services.

The Platform is only to be used for your personal non-commercial use and information. At LUMINISCENTS, we attempt to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products on the Platform. However, LUMINISCENTS does not warrant that the product description, colour, information or any other content of the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Further, the product pictures are indicative and may not match the actual product. It is also clarified that most of the images are AI generated and are as close as possible to the actual products.

LUMINISCENTS reserves the right to correct, change or update information, errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time (including after an order has been submitted) without prior notice. You are to take note that such inaccuracies or omissions or errors may also relate to pricing and availability of the product or services.

Terms and conditions for all purchases

The orders are for you to buy products from us. We will accept your offer by issuing a conformation email or by confirming through mobile about the products that you have ordered. These acceptances are subject to your assent to the conditions of sale. No other conditions will be applicable in this context.

Methods of Electronic Communication

As you visit our Site or send any emails to use, you actually are communicating electronically. With this communication you give the consent for receiving communication from our end electronically. We can post notices to our website or communicate with your directly through mail. The prices that we post in this website are subject to changes without any prior notice. The prices that are available before the commencement of order will be applicable. The prices that are posted also include charges and taxes. In case, if there are any additional charges, it will be notified on the website.

About Shipping and Handling

At LUMINISCENTS, we earnestly believe in quality services. Therefore, we endeavour to ship your products as early as possible. However, depending on varied factors, the shipping activity may take 10-14 business days. Further, depending on the availability of the respective products, we retain the right to cancel any orders placed by you.

The Risk of Loss

As you place the order, we will make the arrangements for shipping the products to you. The schedules of shipping are previously decided. At the same time, we are liable for any delays in the procedure of shipment.

The items that you have purchased from this Site are adhered to the contract of shipment. Thus, the title and the risk of loss pass to you as soon as the product is delivered.

The Return / Replacement of Products

LUMINISCENTS offers an Easy Return / Exchange / Replacement policy. You might not like the product, in which case, you can return the product(s) within 5 days of receipt of those product(s). No questions asked. However, returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

Product is used or altered
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

In case of damage / breakage during transit, LUMINISCENTS will ship you the exact same product(s) free of charge to you. To avail this facility, kindly take a few pictures / video of the damaged product along with the delivery package and email it to care@luminiscents.com for an early resolve.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Policy of Change and Cancellation

You may cancel the order any time and, in such cases, you can write to our customer support team on care@luminiscents.com or call us on +91-8123826932.

There are circumstances when the company might have to cancel a particular order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order and www.luminiscents.com reserves the right at any time after the receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Although our online stock inventory is programmed to update automatically, www.luminiscents.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to inform you via telephone or email or mobile text about a shortfall in the quantity you ordered of any item. In all such cases, we have the right to either supply you less than the quantity you ordered or cancel your order with prior notice to you.

Replacement Refund Policy

In certain cases where we are unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given. In case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

Wrong Delivery - (Customer received delivery message, product not delivered):

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within seven (7) days from the date of delivery confirmation from us to investigate.

Reviews, Comments, Communications

The content: The visitors might post comments, reviews and other contents along with sending e-cards. They can also submit different ideas, suggestions, questions or any other kinds of information till the time that the content is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening or infringing the rights of intellectual property to the third part.
